By accessing and using Helpii's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Helpii provides courier and delivery services throughout New Zealand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice.

All prices are quoted in NZD. Payment must be made before delivery is initiated. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of the parcel or $1000 NZD, whichever is lower. Additional insurance is available for high-value items.
Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law.
