Why isn't there a fixed price list for moving?
Every move is different - the number of rooms, floor access, stairs, and item types all change how long a move takes and how many movers/trucks are needed. Rather than giving you an inaccurate instant estimate, we review your request and send a real quote, usually within 24 hours.
Do you move both houses and offices?
Yes. Choose "Residential" or "Office / Commercial" on your quote request and we'll tailor the crew and truck size accordingly.
Can Helpii help pack my boxes?
Yes - tick "I need a packing service" on your quote request and we'll include packing materials and labour in your quote.
What if I have stairs or no lift access?
Let us know the floor number and lift availability at both pickup and delivery addresses. This helps us bring the right size crew and avoid surprises on moving day.
How do I pay?
Once you accept your quote, you can pay securely online via card (Stripe), the same as our courier service - no cash handling required.
