What areas in Auckland do you cover?
We cover all of Auckland metro — from Silverdale in the north to Pukekohe in the south, and across to West Auckland. For deliveries outside Auckland, please contact us to discuss options as this is handled on a case-by-case basis for business accounts.
Is there a minimum number of deliveries to open a business account?
Our Starter tier requires no minimum commitment — it's ideal if you have around 10–30 deliveries per week. For scheduled pickups and a dedicated account manager, our Growth tier is most suitable (roughly 30+ deliveries/week).
Are my parcels insured during transit?
Yes. All deliveries are covered during transit. For high-value items, enhanced insurance coverage can be arranged — please mention this when requesting your quote and we'll include it in the proposal.
What size and weight parcels do you handle?
We handle standard parcels up to 25kg and dimensions suitable for a van delivery. For oversized or fragile items, let us know upfront in your quote request and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate them.
Can we integrate Helpii with our own order management system?
For Enterprise clients, we can explore integration options. Contact us to discuss your system requirements — we're happy to work with your team on a solution that reduces manual booking.
How does monthly invoicing work?
All deliveries throughout the month are tracked against your account. At the end of the month, you receive a single itemised invoice by email with a full delivery summary. Payment terms are 20th of the following month.
How long does the onboarding process take?
From the time you submit your quote request to your first scheduled pickup is typically 2–4 business days. We keep the process simple — a quote, a quick call to align on details, and we're ready to go.
